Prices

Prices quoted for our products may vary time to time and are dynamically calculated on the basis of time of order, volume of order, place of delivery, payment mode and delivery mode.

• We generally follow strict fix pricing policy. However, if you find any pricing difference, we will make sure to correct it.
• You will be billed with amount after deducting delivery and packaging charges.
• Bulk discount is applicable only with single billing.

Product

Our Wall Hanging products are made of thin metal sheet for logistic reasons. You may observe following which is quite normal:

• The edges might be sharp. Be careful which unpacking and installing.
• Colours: These are hand painted, so you may observe slight variation due to difference in lighting conditions. Also products have dull finish to give them vintage looks.
• Size and weight: The size and weight might also vary a little as the products are hand made.
• Bending: Few products like 7 Horses might bend at its legs part which is very normal. It can be straightened very easily.
• Electric parts: Sockets, wires, lights do not carry a warranty. We ship products only when we are satisfied with its proper functioning.

Feel free to ask for simple photos and videos for the products you are ordering. We will be glad to share them. Remember, these articles will look good on your walls, not in hands or on table tops.

Delivery & Payments

• COD Facility: COD Facility is available across India. However, in this case, average shipping fee has to be paid in advance which vary from product to product.
• You will have to pay the balance amount upon delivery.
• Refund of your advance payment can only be given if we do not deliver the product to you due to unavailability or too long delays.
• No refund of your advance will be given if you refuse / failed to accept the delivery for any reason.
• Be ready with the cash when the courier reaches you.
• If you fail to accept parcel due to any reason during the scheduled delivery, inform us so we may request another attempt to deliver the product later.
• If you do not accept the delivery, the order will be cancelled and any advance amount paid will be forfeited and will not be refunded.
• Prepayment: We also accept payment in our bank accounts and through popular mobile wallets. Ask for any running cash back offers. Also note that all prepaid orders are processed fast and reaches you fast.
• Delivery period: Delivery period varies from place to place according to payment modes. Orders before 11 AM are processed on same day. You will be provided tracking code. If everything is normal, expect delivery in up to 8 days. Extra shipping cost applicable for urgent orders.

Claims

•  Damaged product: We carefully check each and every item before dispatch. We will be happy to provide you a replacement product should the product is damaged during shipping.
• Before accepting delivery, make sure to check the package carefully. Do not accept delivery if the product package is bent, torn or looks visibly damaged. Insist to write comment on delivery acknowledgement before accepting the parcel.
• We recommend to take a video while unpacking your order. Video evidence is important for claims. We will not accept any claim in absence of a video.
• To claim a replacement, send us a clear photo showing the damage and ship the damaged product back to us within 24 hours of your receiving. Once we receive the damaged product, we will examine and send you a new one. Return shipping charges has to be borne by customer but same will be settled in your next order.
• We may decline a replacement if we feel that the product is damaged after it was delivered
• Products broken are considered as damaged.
• Electronic parts and lights are not covered under damages and may be locally repaired easily. In such case we will pay you applicable repairing charges if electronics are found not working when delivered.
• No Return, no exchange. Handicraft products are made to order. It involves considerable cost in packaging and shipping. Also courier companies penalise heavily whenever any product is returned to us. Please think well before you order. We will not be able to provide you any return / refund once the order is processed and shipped.
